How We Message You

Messages come from REVA, a trading name of NOOD, N°276, Bd Ibn Tachfine, 3ème étage, Casablanca, Morocco.

You typed it into the order form on this website when placing an order. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or import contact lists, and we never message a number that has not ordered from us.

Before an order can be submitted, the review step shows an unticked box that must be ticked deliberately. The current wording is:

“I agree that REVA (NOOD) may message me on WhatsApp about this order.”

We record the date and time you ticked it, the exact wording shown, and the language it was shown in, and we store that against the order.

Confirmation that your order was received and that the items are in stock.

The delivery window, and a message when the courier is on the way.

Replies to questions you ask us, and anything needed to handle a return.

That is the complete list. We do not send promotions, catalogues, discount campaigns, or bulk broadcasts.

Only in connection with an order you placed. No order, no message. Once the order is delivered and any return is settled, the conversation ends unless you write to us.

Reply STOP to any message, or write to nood.academy@gmail.com. We stop immediately and telephone you instead about anything still outstanding on your order.

Stopping messages never cancels or delays an order.
