Returns & Refunds

The period runs from the day you receive the parcel. It is a legal right under article 36 of law 31-08, not a goodwill gesture, and it applies to everything we sell.

Tell us within the window at nood.academy@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, with your order number. You do not need to explain why.

Return the piece unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. We cannot accept an item that has been worn or altered, because it can no longer be sold.

Try things on the way you would in a shop — that does not affect your right to return.

Because orders are paid cash on delivery, a refund is arranged directly with you once the returned piece reaches us. Where a refund is due it is made within 15 days of the date you exercised your right of withdrawal.

If an item arrived faulty or was not what you ordered, we cover the return cost and refund in full, including the original delivery fee.

Send photographs to nood.academy@gmail.com or on WhatsApp within a reasonable time of delivery. We arrange collection, then replace or refund. You are not charged for the return.
